You have bought adjustable s13 radius rods & all the bits to use them & your going to use them.
Your wheels stuck out to far as it was b4 & it was only a matter of time b4 you would have been defected, thats not to bad to go home put your stockies back on & get the defect removed. Try doing that with the fj under the bonnet & your car will be likes Matt's (castle) off the road till you can Engineer it (sorry to make you the e.g Matt). My m8 james has to have a brake fade test & lane change test done on his datto 1600. To do this he has to go out north to an airport pay $150 to rent a road pay the Engineer $300 just to get out there, then price of the test $$$$. You will have to do the same test! Engineering your car means a sh** load more $$$$ & work! & your wheels will have to be Engineered to the car as well more $$$$
SO.....................YOU CAN NOT USE YOUR WHEELS ON THE FRONT ANY MORE! (not even with s12 lca's!)

Well having extra lock is never a bad thing.
Really you just like how far the wheels stick out at the moment correct.
You may have to get either a smaller width or bring the offset in a little.
Have a think about the money you are putting into this car. Then think about how much it going to cost you having it sitting in your driveway with a defect slapped on the window, all because you ran wheels that are way to wide on the front.
There is always bolt on flares if you really want to run these wheels.
If not, its time to take a trip to the uk and bring back a GP wide body kit for a S12.

$600 for the set, use a pair for your front.
Then, sell the set left over to someone else who wants the same setup...
Alternatively, mangle your guards or try and find different centres for your 8s (good luck!!)

i think someone mentioned it before, but it was deleted... get a new outer lip!
go onto ae86dc luke, heaps of people run SSr mesh wheels, trade with someone for like a 8 inch outer rim with maybe a +10to15. not sure on how much extra track your about to get with the s13 arms
maybe even get a 7.5 inch outer lip. i'm sure there are plenty of 86 dudes who want a 8 inch lip with a +1 offset

I specifically remember a car getting defected and the police not being able to measure the ride hight because the ammount of dish and offset threw out the reading.
THATS fu**ing REAL!
Im going against the grain and saying flear the sh** out of the gaurds and run the wheels you have now. It will look LEDGITIMATLY OG JDM going along with your whole old school theme. Gets defected big deal! just get new dining plates.

Luke, ever considered that once you do the rear disc conversion, your rears will also stick out more..
Still, those wheels are just SEXY. I think some serious flares when it gets painted, front and rear.
Perhaps run stockies until then??
