Well the Gazelle has been home and gone again. Off to Kedron Car Electrics to fix up the screwups and get it running again. This is getting far beyond the joke. When it gets back this time it's off to the Transport Department for a sticker, then to Fulcrum suspension to set that up and stick an S13 adjustable front swaybar on. They're a bolt in swap right guys?

I do promise some photos, warts and all and perhaps some video as well. Goes like a cut snake, stops really well too (love them EBC reds). The 5 puck is surprisingly easy to use and isn't as "light switchy" as it was in the FJ20 bird for some reason. But damn it feels solid when it's engaged. LSD hooks up beautifully. Once the suspesion is set up it'll be a wonderful car to drive.

I took the S12 out to Gerry's this arvo to heat the oil for it's first change (yes it has only done 300km since being built and had the running in oil still). I had a stupid grin on my face all the way there and back and I think the whole district heard me coming.....whoosh...psshhh.....squeel (red stuff brakes)....whooosh....etc. I am gonna get in so much trouble if I don't watch this car.

Moral of the story...I'm as happy as a clam.

Roger, what thickness sway bar are you going to use?

You will need to use the S12 body mounts, with S12-type bushes of the correct thickness.

The end-links are hit-and-miss. You will probably find that they will be splayed inwards a bit.

I'm looking at getting some custom rose-jointed ones made up for mine, with spacers to locate them properly (Might make a few pairs for others).
