hi new to the s12 community. and need some advise

so i just bought an 1984 s12 and i need some help on converting the suspension to coilovers. the kid befor me cut the springs and my ride is awful. can anyone help me with like wat parts i need and how to do it.? i was told to convert it to the s13's suspension but i dnt kno how i would do so. i got to school at UTI in Sacramento Ca. so i get time to work in the shop quite often. if u can help please do all advise is welcome =D
