UPDATE
I picked up the clutch from Matt s yesterday for the fj, I also picked up the waterlines for the turbo from pertech, I was I bit shocked when they charged me $79 for two 18mm banjo & labour
but then relised Lukes paying for it all.
I put the mount on the gearbox & am having the flywheel machined tomorrow so the motor & gear box can be put back together & be dropped in the car asap! like wednesday/thursday!
I need the car gone as soon as the motor is sitting in its place, I'm getting sick of hearing it from ever1 who comes over & my inlaws, 6 s12's 1 ford 2 dead ca20's & heaps of scrap metal in the back yard (old s12 bits) "Are you starting a wreakers"?

i take it the old beast went out fighting in a cloud of smoke??
what's gone 'blown' about it? it's probably going to be easier and cheaper to just find & fit a stocker ca18de or ca20 than to get $800 back on a dead bluey...

it was an actual joke.
yes we were being dicks in the car before it decided to go bang.
way after, i turned the car off, it seized and started going haywire, RAA comes.
Vacuum lines, fixed. Chilled!
start driving, interior is filling with black smoke, quickly parked and bolted.
Tow truck comes and I go home.
I went to the place where I bought the car, if I bring the car back, I get my money back.
And I have found a Datto 1200, I dont care. I NEED A DAILY!
