Was going to use pre-rolled tubs from a mini-truck parts supplier, and fill in the gaps with sheet.
Not sure if I'm going to continue with this project at this stage. There are so many things we shoould have done differently when we did the fabrication work. I'm considering scrapping it, and starting fresh in a couple of years time once our daughter and renovations aren't consuming so much of my time and money. I'll be hanging onto most of the bits, but using a fresher shell, and using more suitable ideas and methods.

First thing I'd have done differently would have been to find someone that can build a cage properly. Secondly, I should've come up with a plan from the start, and stuck with it. Thirdly, I should've gone and learnt to weld better

So, the cage is sold, the shell is done for, but not yet disposed of. Good news is, the project is not over. Just received a set of ARP head studs for the CA.
Now to find a donor car...
