Maybe i should keep an eye out for specials coming through on wheels for you Rog as quite often we see prices of around <$150.00 ea....

Strange that your wipers would lift at 170, mine dont do anything at up to 200. I should say did, because I now only have a single wiper. Its easy to do, and if you fit a 5cm longer blade you will have almost perfect vision for the driver side. Passenger side does suffer however.

I'd apreciate that Glen. I'd like to keep to the Enkie RS-E & Volk GT-C style as they suit the car. I'm no fan of the modern trinkets or the Watanabe RS-8.

yeah that's odd that the wipers lift and start
mine dont do anything at that sorta speed

but congrats on the new lap times!

Hey Roger, i have a set of R32 gts-t 4 spots with DBA4000 rotors i can sell you that will fit under your 16's, same pad size as r33 just different rotor size 280mm instead of 296mm.

I already have the R33 GTST calipers (with a rebuild kit) and they take the bigger 296mm rotor so thanks anyway. Fitting under the rims isn't the problem, it's the rim clearing the 4 pot caliper. Neither the Enkies, Volks or Monzas come close to touching the mounting surface & a spacer will put them out of the guards by +25mm due to the studs hitting the mating surface of the rim. How much were the DBA4000 rotors?

It's a Bluey TRX one which is a 3.9.

big difference between the 3.7 and 3.9?
with the g/box you said the bellhousing bolted up, did you have to mod the tail shaft and mounts to get it to fit?

I've always had a 3.9 so I don't know any different. The FJ20 gearbox is the same length as the CA20 one so no mods required other than the front housing.
