I think the squeek is solved. I kept looking at the mounts and ignoring the flogged out old sway bar rubber that Fulcrum don't have replacements for. But tonight I gave everything a good shake and what do you know, there's that squeek. So....does anyone know if you can get H190 rear sway bar bushes in poly from someone other than Super Pro? Or would it just be easier to find D-Bushes with the correct internal diameter and make up new clamps?

Noltec does them to suit the stock 19mm swaybar.
Although, the description is wrong. This is the part number: N22272
If you have trouble obtaining them. let me know, and I can have them sent up to you.

Excelent info Dean. I've sniffed around a few places here in BrisVegas and no-one has a rear swaybar bush for an S12. I gave them the part number - "No longer available" was the reply. So.....I'll take up your offer mate. Can we do the usual, PM me a price delivered & I'll wire you the greenbacks.

I'll organise them on Monday, and PM you.
I also have a couple of control boxes here that I owe you too, so I'll send it all up at the same time.

Quick update:
The FJ20ET gearbox has been mated to the CA Frankenmotor. The CA front housing is directly interchangable with the FJ one. Admittedly the FJ housing has a lot of ribs teh CA one doesn't, but the complete changeover was done in a matter of hours including a trip supertheif for gasket goo & high temp greese. Yeah I can finally change down gears without having to stop (first was impossible unless the car was at a complete standstill). Unfortunatly it seems teh 3rd gear synchro wasn't replaced so it hesitates going in but it's not the end of the world.
The diff has been changed over and it was a worn pinion/crown gear mating causing the whining. Bearing showed wear but that was put down to the metal filings running around in the oil. Ironically the manual S3 bluey ratio is the same as the auto Gazelle. Whodathunkit.
Oh and I have those boxes and bushes Dean. Cheers mate. Just waiting in the new AVC-R to arrive and I've blown yet another turbo to manifold gasket.

Let me know how the bushes go.
If it's a noticable improvement, I'll buy a set for the pig.
In regards to the manifold, have the flanges re-faced by a machinist. It's very common for them to warp (Moreso on a turbo car), which makes them prone to leaking. Also, I can't recommend Genuine Nissan gaskets highly enough. This was a big problem with my car. It continually blew the gaskets out on the manifold. I fitted a freshly-machined manifold, and genuine gaskets, and haven't had a problem since. If you need the part numbers, let me know. For the sheer conveniance, they're not that expensive.

I will fit them this weekend and go for a good fang through the hills to bed in the gearbox/diff/bushes.
The problem with the blown gaskets could be the sandwich plate adaptor between the 3 bolt IHI turbo & the 4 bolt stock manifold. I think the plate is warping under heat and thus blowing gaskets. I'm yet to ask Fantasy if he does TD05 flanges on his CA manifolds and how much.

Went out to QR again today and set a new PB of 1:04.4922. In the same group was a 300ZX and an R33 GTS25T and I was pulling away from teh R33 easily and the 300ZX only just kept up though the back section and fell away by the end of the front straight. Sadly my tyres are letting me down as I'm very slow through the corners and ended up letting both cars by. I'm damn happy with the car and with a set os slicks, some more suspension tweaks and brake bias to suit the tyres I'll be into the 1:02s if not lower.
