Hi all, so i come over to SA a couple of times a year from VIC, my missus goes to unisa online and she has to come over to do practical stuff.

Got here on Monday and haven't seen any s12's :( where are they all hiding?

so far the best has been a red ae86 and a white corona with mismatched wheels, meshies on the front and 5 spokes on the back.

i guess im lucky in vic, living near the rsx capital of melbourne's eastern suburbs! lol bman

hope i get to see some of the s12's that SA has on offer before i leave!

Wes

SA has the most S12s I'd wager, but you'll find most are hiding in sheds or are weekend/night-time driven ;)

think my car needs a new water temp sensor and the battery charged
and a permit.

if i can get it started on tuesday when i'm in SA i might even chuck rego on it & take it for a cruise.. god knows the near new semislicks are going to waste just sitting in the shed :P

Damn thing has a sensor fault of some sort. It dies under WOT. Drops to 500rpm & won't budge no matter how much you throw the throttle open n closed..
Tps, Ecu, CAS, afm, knock have all been eliminated. Going to put in a new coolant temp sensor n fingers crossed it comes good!

i cant speak for other people, but with the ongoing saga with defects in Adelaide, I try to avoid the city in general, in any of my cars or the work ute.

I'm always keen to get out in my s12 now that's its on the road.

My s12 could get defected, but if I worried to much about that, it would just sit in my driveway forever & that's not what I built my car for.

I could wait for the day they stop defecting cars but I don't think that will ever happen!
