hey guys, recently braught a s12 hatch, had a few s13 coupes n 180sx in the past , was looking for something different so i came across this..

Shes just a standard s12 hatch with a Dead ( Blown rings ) CA20E... i hear these are very underpowered motors ?
So basically i know a little on the s13 front end suspension n handleing upgrades that are possible maybe if someone can point me in the right direction maybe someone has done it before im sure they have, n will start my build thread on the s12 in the coming weeks so stay tuned ^^

Hey mate, welcome aboard!

Your best bet would be to have a read through the pinned articles in the suspension board http://s12silvia.com...s-differential/ Those will give you a good idea of what your options are. I converted my S12 to S13 front suspension using those articles.

welcome , look forward to seeing your progress on the car , found my CA20 ok , no power house , but compered to current engines it would be slow i would suspect , hope to see you at the all japan day in november , and keep us informed on your build .

Hey, welcome to the forum!

As above check through the Suspension / Brakes / Differential forum and you'll find your suspension answers, specifically this thread.

I'm in the process of converting my S12 to the S13/S14 hybrid setup so can probably help answer a few questions as well.

awsome thanks for the advice n pointing me in the right direction, i deffs will keep you guys updated!

allso is there anywere i can find a MKII spoiler lol, they look so boss with it on

Your best bet for MKII spoiler and other USDM parts would be to speak to one of our American friends. Search for a member by the name of Andrew, user name 'caraudiofoolery', he has helped many members source parts from the US and provides a great service.

I have done an S13 front suspension swap on my S12, if you are after some pics and a list of parts you can use then check out my build thread, the link is in my signature.

I look forward to seeing how your build comes along, do keep us updated!
