G'day guys,

Have recently finished putting together my website, which for now is mainly photography related. Down the track I will add my design portfolio also.

Current equipment:

Nikon D90
Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8
Nikon 10.5mm f/2.8
Nikon 50mm f/1.8

I love traveling, and photography goes hand in hand with it. Here are some of my photos...

There are more on my website: explosivecuriosity.com

I have some more photos in the works, they should be posted soon. Can keep up to date on my Facebook page.

Anybody else interested in photography as a hobby, and have any cool shots to share?

Cheers,
Matt.

damn expensive aftermarket lenses.
im still using standard lenses with mine and purchased a 50 mm macro lense, pretty basic set up but can still pull some pretty sweet photos out of it.

I went to the hardtuned cruise last night and took some photo's. This is the first time I've used my camera and read the manual and set the exposures and apatures myself so it was fun. (First time I had a tripod too lol).

Here's a couple of the better photo's.

Nah just some cheap sh** it looked like. I love rat rods though lol. It's also why I like my mates Onevia (the purple one)... Especially because he never planned it to be like that. It just happened.

Edit: The one in the middle of the middle photo... I guess rattle can purple doesn't really count as purple once it turns blue lol.

Nice job at fixing it man. That's how some of my pictures were taken for my Modified feature. You seem to know how to do it and edit it correctly. Cheers!

That's awesome! I've always wanted to try set up a rig and shoot some moving cars. Any tips or tricks you have? And what did you use to attach the rig to the car?

By the way, love your rims. Have seen them on R31's before and have always thought they would suit an S12. They definetely do! A very nice S12 you have there.

From what I can tell and from my photoshoot, they are clamps with huge suction cups that you pump after attaching to a car. That way they hold really well. The only problem is that you need to make sure that the car has hard paint because on soft paint you run the risk of damaging the paint due to the amount of suction that is placed on the car. My photographer did that and always asks the owners of the cars. One guy who had a R35 GTR said it was no worries then when they took off the suction cup it actually damaged the paint and he hopping mad.

As for your pic Matty, how long of an exposure did you do? That is awesome. I'm looking to get a camera in the near future. :D
